For all new enquiries, we ask that you complete the project enquiry form on our website here. It is important that you provide as much information as possible to help our team determine whether we are the perfect match for your project.
We will review your enquiry and then contact you to schedule a free telephone or video consultation. This consultation will allow us to gather enough information to determine the scope of services you need for your project.
If an onsite meeting is required to determine the scope, we charge a fee for a 2-hour meeting. This fee is reimbursed if you decide to proceed with our service. Following our meeting, we will prepare our design proposal outlining the scope of works and our associated fee.
Following the client’s instruction to proceed, we will arrange to visit the site to conduct our survey and site analysis. We will also schedule a client meeting to discuss the project brief in detail. During this meeting, we will discuss our client’s goals and requirements for the project, building a detailed understanding of their routines, family dynamics, lifestyle, timescale, and budget.
After this, we will present an outline of the brief as we realise it, along with a breakdown of the design phases and anticipated timelines before proceeding to the next stage.
The brief is analysed, and a conceptual scheme is presented on a room-by-room basis. We use floor plans to highlight spatial planning, proposed furniture layouts, and any necessary structural changes.
We explore the design of each room with our colour concepts, using imagery that represents the design direction. We provide examples of furniture selection, key elevations or visuals to illustrate the overall design direction, and samples to reflect the material palette. We request as much feedback as possible to ensure we are on the right path.
Following approval of the design concepts, we progress onto the design development where we begin to detail and fine-tune the design.
We will present detailed floor plans and elevations along with custom joinery designs and hard finishes specifications followed by a carefully curated furniture and accessories specification, sample boards, and a full breakdown of costs in line with the agreed interior budget.
Once the detailed package has been agreed upon, Samantha and her team will coordinate with contractor timelines and supplier logistics to procure all items for delivery and installation.
We will coordinate our master trades and attend regular site meetings to ensure that all details are executed as meticulously planned by Samantha Pope Interiors. This stage will conclude with the full installation of furniture, accessories, and art, followed by the client handover.
